If you're having trouble verifying your details please check the following:
Given name(s), including middle name(s), as printed on your passport.
Family name, as printed on your passport.
Passport number: appears under 'Document Np.' on your passport. It has either one or two alpha characters followed by seven numeric characters.
Date of birth should be entered as DD/MM/YYYY
Please make sure your passport is not expired
