There are a few reasons why your bank account might be failing to sync:

  1. The system is unable to detect wages in your account (not Centrelink payments)

  2. You're connected account is not a transacting account (eg. it's a savings account)

  3. The system is unable to detect your next payday

  4. You've tried to enter your bank account too many times.

Please check that the bank account you are connecting satisfies each of these criteria.
